Canada & United States shipping is provided by CANADA POST. A tracking number will be provided by text or email once your order has been shipped.

ONCE WE HAVE SHIPPED YOUR ORDER, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE OR TO BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY LOST, STOLEN, OR MISPLACED PACKAGES. IT IS THE PURCHASER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO PROVIDE AN ACCURATE ADDRESS AND CONTACT INFORMATION. SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED FOR LARGE PACKAGES.
RETURNS:
For refunds or exchanges of any purchases, we should be notified by email, direct message on Instagram or text. Our contact information is listed in the "CONTACT US" section on our website. Due to COVID-19, we do not do refunds. You may exchange your product(s) if the original receipt is provided. The items should be unused and returned in it's original packaging. We may ask for the buyer to provide photos. If an order has not been picked up in 60 days, the order will automatically be cancelled with no refund. We constantly send pick up notifications to our customers.

LASH SETS
WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS ON ANY SERVICES DONE BY VAUGHAN LASHES. NO CLIENT WILL BE SERVICED WITHOUT COMPLETING OUR ONLINE EYELASH EXTENSION CONSENT FORM AND COVID-19 QUESTIONNAIRE. CONSENT FORMS AND COVID-19 QUESTIONNAIRES ARE EMAILED TO EACH CLIENT WHEN BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT AND MUST BE COMPLETED UPON ARRIVAL. WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANY CLIENT.
LASH REFILLS
WE REQUIRE FOR CLIENTS TO HAVE 40% LASHES TO BE CONSIDERED A REFILL SERVICE. IF THERE IS LESS THAN 40% REMAINING, YOU MAY BE CHARGED AT AN EXTRA COST OR THE PRICE OF A FULL SET. WE DO NOT REFILL ANOTHER TECHNICIANS WORK.
COURSES / TRAININGS
ALL OUR TRAININGS REQUIRE 5-10% DEPOSITS TO SECURE YOUR SPOT. ALL DEPOSITS MADE FOR ANY TYPE OF TRAINING BY VAUGHAN LASHES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS ON ANY TRAINING COURSES HOSTED BY VAUGHAN LASHES.
CONFIRMATIONS
ALL APPOINTMENTS AND TRAINING BOOKINGS RECEIVE A TEXT AND/OR CONFIRMATION 24-48 HOURS PRIOR TO THE SET DATE. FAILURE TO CONFIRM WILL RESULT IN AN AUTOMATIC CANCELATION. IT IS THE CLIENT'S RESPONSIBILITY TO PROVIDE THE CORRECT CONTACT INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING WITH VAUGHAN LASHES.
CANCELATIONS
WE REQUIRE 24 HOUR NOTICE FOR CANCELATIONS. THIS INCLUDES 24 HOUR NOTICE FOR APPOINTMENTS AND TRAININGS. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN CLIENT'S APPOINTMENT AND/OR TRAINING BEING CANCELLED AND/OR RESCHEDULED. WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO CHARGE 50% OF THE SERVICE FEE FOR ANY NO-SHOWS AND CANCELATIONS UNDER 24 HOURS.
LATE POLICY
WE HAVE A STRICT LATE POLICY. FAILURE TO APPEAR WITHIN 10 MINUTES OF AN APPOINTMENT OR TRAINING SESSION WILL RESULT IN CANCELATION AND/OR WILL BE RESCHEDULED.
MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
PRICES FOR OUR PRODUCTS, EYELASH SERVICES & TRAININGS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT AT ANY TIME TO MODIFY OR DISCONTINUE THE SERVICE WITHOUT NOTICE AT ANY TIME. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO CLIENTS, CUSTOMERS OR TO ANY OTHER THIRD-PARTY FOR ANY MODIFICATION, PRICE CHANGE, SUSPENSION OR DISCONTINUANCE OF A SERVICE/PRODUCT.
